SmartHomeSubscribe.com is independently operated by Lim Earn Seng, an authorised LG sales agent. It is not owned or operated by LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd.
The website assists customers with product information and subscription enquiries. Final subscription approval, fulfilment, installation, warranty and servicing are subject to the applicable LG programme terms and arrangements.
2. Nature of the Website
SmartHomeSubscribe.com is a sales-agent website. It is not:
LG Electronics Malaysia’s official corporate website
A guarantee of subscription approval
A guarantee that a particular product, price or promotion remains available
A replacement for the official subscription agreement issued to an approved applicant
Where these website terms differ from an official subscription agreement, the official subscription agreement will take priority for the subscription.
